What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a three-year limited warranty for the all-electric VOLT automatic press, and for our other equipment we offer a two-year limited warranty. Parts and labor are included, and the customer is responsible for any technician travel expenses.

What are the hours of your customer service department?

Our service is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time, Monday through Friday. Calls received after 5:00 PM will be returned the next morning. Our service number is (847) 582-1825. You can also email our service department 7 days per week at service@anatol.com

Do you offer spare parts?

Yes. We have spare parts inventories in our facilities in the US, Europe, and other worldwide locations. We also have a dealership network that offers local customers spare parts. This dealership network includes the US, Europe, Canada, and Latin America.

Should I buy an automatic or a manual press?

An automatic press will allow you to immediately triple your output (and produce even more as you gain experience), while offering benefits like easier setup, better registration, more consistent ink deposits, potentially lower labor costs, and reduced operator fatigue. A manual press doesn’t require as much power, making it a good choice for new shops with smaller production needs and simpler color requirements.
A general rule of thumb is that a manual press will allow you to print up to 100 shirts per hour, while an automatic press can turn out 300-500 shirts per hour (and even much more, depending on the parameters of the job). How many shirts do you need to print?
